Refund Policy

At Donbar, we want you to be satisfied with our platform. Because we provide digital services, including subscriptions and usage credits, our refund policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible while ensuring the sustainability of our service.

Donbar uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the entity responsible for processing payments, managing taxes, and handling the financial aspect of your transactions.

1. Subscriptions

If you are unsatisfied with your Donbar subscription, please contact us at info@donbar.org within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. This window applies to both initial purchases and recurring renewals. Once a request is received within this designated timeframe, the refund will be processed to the original payment method without further condition.

2. Usage Credits

Usage credits are eligible for a refund if the request is submitted to info@donbar.org within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. In accordance with our merchant requirements, this fourteen-day window is unconditional. Following this period, usage credits become non-refundable. Credits remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Expired credits are not eligible for a refund.

3. Account Terminations

If your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Anti-Spam Policy or Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund for any remaining subscription time or unused credits.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@donbar.org with your account details and the reason for your request.

Please note:

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, the actual reversal of funds will be processed through their system to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or the payment method used.

5. Modifications

Trevor Tech reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
